Shipping policy

Handling Time 

We promise to ship your parcel within 24 hours during business days, cut off at 8:30am every business day, after you placed your order. It will normally take 1-6 business days* to delivery your parcel within Australia depends on the distance between the destination of your parcel and our warehouse in Melbourne. Most of the parcels are delivered by Australia Post through eParcel services with complementary tracking and signature service. The tracking information of your parcel may be sent to you via email or mobile phone by our couriers.

Shipping Rate

Free shipping:

Sydney and Melbourne: from $80

 Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Wollongong, New Castle, Gosford, Geelong, Ballarat: from $100

Order Value below the free shipping threshold, the shipping rate will be calculated base on your location and the total weight of the items from your order.

For other area within Australia, the shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on your location and the total weight of the items from your order. If your order value is over $100, discounted shipping rate will be automatically applied.

Express Shipping Service

We do offer Express Shipping Service as an option for extra cost, the express shipping option can be selected at the checkout, and the express shipping surcharge will be calculated automatically.

Authority to Leave (ATL | Safe Drop) at a safe place

When sending parcels with Australia Post, you may choose to allow your parcel to be left in a safe place without a signature. We leave the Authority to Leave (ATL) option to our customers, so you can decide whether to enable ATL or require a signature.

To authorise your parcel to be left in a safe place, please set up your preferences through MyPost on the Australia Post website or AusPost mobile app.

Here are the step-by-step instructions to set up ATL (Safe Drop) in the AusPost app:

  1. Log in to your account.
    Please make sure you use the same email address as the one used when placing your order, so you can successfully track and manage your parcel.
  2. Under "Account", go to "Delivery Preferences".
  3. Enable "Leave eligible parcels in a safe place for future deliveries."
  4. You can also specify your preferred safe location for delivery.

Once completed, your ATL preference will be set.

Kind reminder: Changes to this setting will only apply to future deliveries and will not affect parcels that are already in transit.
